Project title: Innovative hyperhidrosis therapy using a proprietary cosmeceutical containing recombinant neurotoxin.

Scope of responsibilities

• designing scalable processes,

• calculating key process parameters during scale-up,

• creating standard operating procedures in this area,

• carrying out the culture scale-up process in a way that enables process automation

Requirements

• higher education in chemical and process engineering or chemical technology or biotechnology, with at least 10 years of professional experience

• experience in transferring bacterial cultures from laboratory scale to pilot scale

• experience in bacterial cultures in bioreactors at laboratory and pilot scale

• experience in product isolation from bacterial cultures, optimization of cultures to obtain a product with specified properties.

• knowledge regarding the selection of process parameters and conducting bacterial cultures on a pilot-industrial scale

• developing methods for large-scale purification of produced protein.

Project title: Innovative hyperhidrosis therapy using a proprietary cosmeceutical containing recombinant neurotoxin.

Scope of responsibilities

• developing target cosmeceutical formulations for use in hyperhidrosis therapy, maintaining biological activity, and ensuring the stability of the developed recombinant neurotoxins

• preparing cosmetic masses for use in hyperhidrosis therapy that ensure the highest possible stability and activity of active substances, including those containing recombinant neurotoxins, for the purpose of conducting application studies.

Requirements

• knowledge regarding the design of new cosmetic lines and cosmetic formulations

• minimum 10 years of professional experience in the cosmetic industry, including in a managerial position

• experience in creating cosmetic mixtures and cosmeceuticals

• knowledge and experience in developing cosmeceutical recipes and selecting appropriate technological process parameters

• ability to conduct physicochemical tests and analyze the tests performed, knowledge regarding the preparation of product technological documentation

• experience in coordinating new product launch processes (recipe development, research program, cost analysis, technological process development)

• knowledge of the market of suppliers of raw materials needed to produce the cosmeceutical formulation
